Users may be site administrators or just someone you want to securely share information and documents with. There is no limit to the number of users you can have, either as site administrators, content administrators or read only users.
Users don’t have to be logged in to access the website, allowing you to have a public and private website all in one.
User management is an easy process where users can either sign up themselves or your site administrators can add them. The system automatically manages their password and emails it to the users. Site administrators can also assign which groups that users are in, which gives them access to different parts of the website, giving logged in user gets a customised website.
